Depeends on the prison In a minimum security setting it would be relatively easy Not that I would adivse doing it When you get caught You will end up doing a whole lost more timr in a lot worse place rhan you were in.

Learn about what happened to prisoners in the already-closed Alcatraz, which was surrounded by water completely. That was why it was an inescapeable prison.

In prisons not completely surrounded by water, the difficulty of escaping prison is mainly because of the barbed-wire on the fences and the guards on the watchtowers.

That is a reason why the so-called "supermax" prisons are so hard to escape from.
