the fact that you were terminated for the use of drugs (marijuana) in the state of illinois? A friend was terminated from their job and I was told a few years back that an employer could not disclose this info. All they could do was report that the person was terminated due to failure to comply with company policy.

I think that it is right, I know that in Texas if an perspective employer contacts a former employer they can only say if the person worked there or not, that is all that they can disclose. |
