yes it is illegal to buy any child..however i believe that the police most likly would not do anything to you...it is illegal but people do have to realize that you would be saving the childs future.. an if you dont buy it then most likly the baby will end up in the hands of a rapist since you know that sooner or later they will find some one ton take thier child..so yea it is illegal but do i think you would get in trouble no an it would be for the childs best interest

Unfortunatelly, I believe it is illegal even in that situation. You cannot buy people (even if they are babies) because they are not objects to be owned. You would have to figure out some other way to save the child.

Of course, you could gamble and do it anyway. If your motives are simply to save the child from its parents, a jury may sympathize and let you off. It is a sticky situation. But, if you would do it in the hopes of getting the child for yourself, don't risk it.

You can give the crackhead $70 but that doesn't give you any legal rights to the child, even if the crackhead puts the baby in your arms. That is not to say that you can't take the baby and go to a police station, but the crackhead is still responsible for the baby and will be in a world of trouble. Buying and selling human beings is illegal.

Yes it is illegal but this is what I would do. Photocopy some money and then give that to the crackhead in exchange, give the baby to the police and then sit back and watch when the crackhead tries to reclaim the baby by telling how they atttempted to sell it. Everyone wins: baby gets out of danger, crackhead goes to jail, you get to do a good deed without giving the crackhead more money to support their habit.

It would be better to tell the person you wanted to think about it for a few minutes. While you were "thinking about it," you would need to call the police. If (and they probably wouldn't) they tell you to go ahead and buy the baby and bring it to them, it would be okay. You would still have to answer a lot of questions, and probably have to testify in court against the person who sold the baby to you. But they would most likely ask where you were, and tell you to let them handle it.

I would buy the baby call 911 tell them the crack head gave it to me. By the time the cops find the crack head he/she would so high from $70 worth of crack they would not remember. Baby saved . Me not in jail. Crack head in jail. And if any one said any thing about $70 say helping the homeless!!
