We got 2 packs of flavoured condoms (strawberry & banana)
then blew them up & did what it said in the question
hehe .

Yes they were expensive by the way.
£2 for a pack of 2 in the loo's.
terrible really.
& we did tie one to a tree,, but it fell off onto a stick and popped.

To answer your question; it is not actually illegal, its just littering, which will get you a £40 fine in most parts of the country. Unless you really annoy a police officer, in which case I suppose he might be able to have you for Section 5 of the Public Order Act (behaviour like to cause harassment, alarm or distress), very unlikely though. This is normally an £80 fine if its a first offence, or a court appearance if it isn't, both will show up on any future CRB checks. |
