no joke this happened to me. there was a homecoming in the small town i live in they and a footrace was held. i was crawling along behind the runners,clowning like everyone else was. the local friendly town marshall arested me and that kindly old judge fined me two hundred dollars. yes,i,m pissed!

There's probably a loony law about it in some country. In the UK, you could be done for obstructing the highway. Failing that, assuming you're not drunk/drugged, you'd probably be picked up under the mental health act. :o)
