Is it legal to kiss someone in the state of California that is underage?
Hey guys I really need your help. I'm a 19 year old male and I met a girl who is 14. And we both belive in waiting after marriage and she does aswell.
I've gotten to like her too, and I want to know if it's perfectly legal to kiss, hug and hold hands in the state of California, particulary Los Angeles.
Were planning to meet and go out,and at the same time I pick her up im going to meet her mother.
So is it illegal or legal to kiss or even french kiss for that matter a girl who is 14 at my age and at the same time getting the permission of the mother.

You keep asking this question, so it must be in your mind that it is wrong. Get her parents permission in writing since you may need it if you end up in court. No reason for a 19 year old to be "preying" on a 14 year old. |

This can get a bit touchy (no pun intended).
There is no statute regarding kissing, but do no tthink that you have to have actual penetration in order for it to be considered illegal. Even touching any private area of the body (breasts, inner thighs, buttocks, etc), even over the clothing, would be considered trouble. |

nah if your not screwing than its not illegal i mean some people may think its wrong thats theres a five year difference but its definantly not illegal especially if you have permission from her parent/gaurdian |
