im tryin to get back at someone and i was wonderin if it is illegal to call a towing company, pretendin to be this person and say i need my car towed???? or do you have any other ways to get revenge on someone????

The tow truck driver is going to want payment (probably a credit card) and ID that matches the registration. You don't seem to have thought this one through, have you? |

Yes, it is illegal. Unless you are authorized to tow the vehicle you can be arrested. |

You will have to sign the tow company's paperwork.
At the very least this is fraud, and you will end up paying all of the tow fees.
At the end of the day, you might wonder if you 'got' the someone, or if you 'got' yourself.
The best way to get revenge on someone is to let them get revenge on themselves. I'd say you are a fair degree along the way of doing exactly that to yourself. |

lol My question is why would anyone want to get their own car towed hehe. I hope that the towing company would be smarter than that and try to verify that its not a prank. If I received this phone call red flags would definately go up lol. Good luck with that lol. |
