i dont do it but i no somebody who spits pouches, i no it is illegal to buy it but is it illegal to do it under 18 and does it show up on drug tests

Chewing tobacco is illegal for minors to use, purchase, or possess. The law applies to all tobacco products, not just smoking.

No, tobacco will not show up on a drug test.

The person can be charged for the possession of tobacco since he/she is underage. So, yes...it is illegal for him/her to do that.
