Well it would make a change from finding dog sh!t, Half eaten take aways, Used condoms & Tampons, Druggies hypodermic needles, That I've found in them when I've been emptying them. |

You would get into trouble if you ruined people's mail. I'd prefer to eat the cakes than feed them to the post box though. |

Yes it is. Once the mail is in the box it becomes the property of Royal Mail. So it would be construed as vandalism to their property. Nothing would happen to me, as I wouldn't waste my time, or money spent on cream cakes, in such a childish manner. |

What a waste of a cream cakes. |

Once something is posted it becomes property of the Queen so you would be vandalising the Queens property.
I guess it would be technically treason.
This link says
"Interfering with the mail or sleeping with the consort of the Queen is classed as treason, and as such, carries a maximum penalty of death." |

Well, I've done that many, many times for the last twenty some odd years and I've never gone to jail. Oh, wait! I was putting cream PUFFS in the mailbox, not cream cakes. Yeah. That's a whole different story. |

It is illegal to put anything into a mailbox unless your a postal worker, unless your sending the mail out. The Federal Goverment owns the space inside the mailbox. If you put something in the mailbox they see it as cheating them out of there postage. So if you legally want to stuff cream cakes into someones mailbox you better make sure you mail them. First offenses are usually a slap on the wrist but its the feds, i wouldnt chance it! |

communists 4ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it is illegal. |

Yes, it is illegal to put anything in a mail box except your mail. |

damari_8

It's vandalism but as long as you didn't put your address on them, the chances of getting caught are very slim. |
|

You could if packaged well,
and with an address. |

If you don't want to eat them, you can just give them to me! |

Depends whether you leave any DNA on the cakes after you have had a couple of bites before posting them. |

May not be illegal, but it would be a total waste of a cream cake. |

It is a federal offence, don't screw with the mail...lolz. |

You should get a punch from every person who's mail you ruined for being such an immature, vandalous ********. |

you suddenly turn into a bigger pain in the @rse than you already are. there may be important mail in that box. lets hope some one does it to a letter of yours one day. |

They would get squashed and mess up everyone elses mail so i would you want to put them in the mailbox if you are thinking of sending them to someone then why not send them the money with a note and say here's some cash go buy yourself a cream cake |
|

It constitutes nuisance if you stuff unwanted things into someone else's letter box. If you cause damage to property you'll b liable for criminal damage, intention to do criminal damage (this is a serious arrestable offence).
Why do you want to stick cakes into the l box anyway? |
|

Hatters
 |
Well, if I saw you do this I would laugh out loud. As long as I hadn't posted anything in there. But it probably is vandalism or something. Most amusing things in this country are. |
