Depends on the laws of your state in Ga yes it is and in many states they have old laws on the books that make it against the law. The laws may be old and not enforced but they are still on the books. |

I don't think so, actually, it should be mandatory for ugly people. That would be a public service. While you're walking around,make sure you walk into some of the banks down there, L.A. can use some excitement. For a real fun time walk into a Post office and yell Bang!! Bang.!!! |

It may not be illegal but you are asking for alot of trouble. In this time of heightened alert for terrorists you may find that some ordinary citizens may tackle you and beat the crap out of you before you can explain what you are doing. A ski mask in L.A. is diffinately out of place. I would suggest you try walking around L.A. naked instead....oh, that might not cause any concern or even a turned head......L.A. people are strange. well this is kinda a funny story that might answer your question.
there was this one guy (with autism) on a team. we were running outside and it was cold, so to be funny he wory tons of layers and a ski mask. then, we were running around near neighborhoods and a lady, who was outside, saw the guy (who was pretty big) and called the cops. She thought he was some man come to do...things...to her. It was pretty funny but no harm was done in the long run.

Depends. Some States may have laws prohibiting concealing your identity in public, though I doubt that they are enforced much. |
