If he's picking it up for you but you're underaged,then yes, it's illegal. But if you're of legal age, then it's probably legal but against company rules.

I'm not sure, but maybe the beer and cigarette guy can pick up pizza for you so try that approach if the first one don't work.

It's not illegal if the recipients are over 21, but it could probably get him fired because he is supposed to be on duty delivering pizzas, not alcohol and beer.

Not at all as long as both are of legal age and you only pay what the beer and smokes were worth. Tipping is okay but they can not charge you more for them.

I bet a lot of drivers would be willing to run out back out to get you a case of beer and a pack of cigarettes, if it meant a few extra bucks for their pocket. But most would be hesitant because it could cost them their job (and in this economic climate, even pizza delivery people are clinging fiercely to their jobs).

It would only be illegal if the driver or the recipient of the beer and cigs are under age. If both are of legal age, it's almost certainly against company policy.

Can't see why it would be. But then again I never had to ask Pizza Hut, nor Papa Johns Pizza to do something that I can do myself. I mean I can go down to the Mobil gas station near my house (by the it is the coolest gas station that I have seen. . . It has a humidor, and they let everyone sample some of the booze. . . It is nonalcoholic so you don't leave plastered.) Now like I was saying, the Mobil gas station is not too far from where I live: only two miles. So from the time that I order the Pizza, I just jump in my car, go grab a six, or a twelve pack of Rolling Rock, then from the humidor grab a couple of cigars (preferably Drew Estates Blondies) then get back and still be waiting on the Pizza delivery.

Look, all I am telling you is this: why add to the wait on a Pizza? I mean if you live close by a Liqour Store, or a Gas Station. Why not run down to which ever it is that is closest to you. Save Pizza time and maybe some money that being if the said Pizza delivery would do such a thing.
