POLICE OFFICERS ARE THERE TO PROTECT AND SERVE. I WOULD CALL THIS ONE A SERVICE. DONT STRESS. HE WAS PROBABLY JUST BEIN NICE.

Either he's digging your "cleavage" and hopes for more or that he probably responded to a prior call and got no response and offering to help carrying your groceries was an excuse to stick around longer to hopefully wait for the response from that call. Or both, killing 2 birds with one stone.

I'm sure he likely won't come back unless he really digs you. So stop longing for him. So don't think about dialing fake 911 calls.

The police officer was supposed to protect and serve. The officer was just getting in the serving part because he did so much protecting that he needed to serve to balance it out.
