Is music piracy the most common crime in the world?

i just really want to know for some reason. so many people do it so i thought more people would do this than any other crime.

I wouldn't say most common. but it is becoming a problem. poor celebrities instead of making tens of millions their just making millions..blah!

I think so, almost everyone with the internet has done it...i try and do as little as possible...i like to support the artist for the music they give to my life.

I wouldn't think like that, because so many people now days do it that it no longer is a crime, but a way of peer-file sharing. Record company say it's piracy, but it's actually online file-sharing. Otherwise it would be the most common crime lol^^

Yes, in fact in some countries it's hard for artists to make a living because most people download their albums as opposed to buying them, like South Korea.
