If your friend has a lawyer and a relatively clean record he can stay out of jail. If he has a job he has a better chance of remaining on the street. If any of the charges are felonies his chances are worse. |

at least 60 days. resisting arrest along with a weapons charge is not good. does he have any prior arrests. |

if your friend doesnt have a major criminal record i'd say he's looking at 6-12 months in jail and possible probation although with the right lawyer or public defender you never know... |

well i think he probably be doing some time but at least it wasn't more serious like killing someone etc otherwise he would be going down for that one
