Only if your driving privileges have been reinstated. |

If you have not re-taken the test yet, then you do not have a new license yet. If you do not physically have an up-to-date license which is not expired or revoked, then you cannot legally drive. |

Yes. You are technically breaking the law up until the point you are issued a driver's license. |

If you haven't finished the process of getting your license back which would be completing the drving test, you are illegally driving right now. |

Do you have a valid state license?
No. It's no longer suspended; it's driving without a valid license. |

It's illegal two ways.
1- you have no license,
2- And you said your car is not legal to drive.
Your only breaking one law if driving another car.
Take your road test, getting caught now, this close to legal, will only set you back again. |

Do you have your license? If it's not in your hand, you don't have a license.
If you're driving without a license, it's guess what...
driving without a license. |

yes you are breaking the law if you drive. |

When the police officer ask you for licenses, registration, and proof of insurance. What exactly are you going to give him? Your fishing licenses? Heck yes it's illegal, take the test |
|

Yes... until you have fulfilled all of the requirements and have a new license in your hand, you are still suspended. |

Best thing to do is check with your DMV. They will be able to tell you for sure if you are legal to drive |

If your license has been reinstated then no it is not illegal. Since an SR22 is insurance for your license following a DUI, then I would have to think it has been reinstated, but to be on the safe side, I would check with the DMV and see if your license is still under suspension. If it is and you are driving, you may find yourself walking again.
Sorry Paris, but that's the law. |

its still DUS. just don't speed, or drive recklessly, and make sure eveything on your car works (headlights, taillights, licence plate lights, parking lights ect.) if the police don't have a reason to pull you over, they won't |
|

No Not at all. You must stop driving immediately. First complete all legal documentations & then drive. |

Yes. Any driving done while you do not have a physical license is driving on a suspended license. I hope you're not doing it with kids in the car! What will happen if you go to jail? |
|

yes I think so but not quite sure. |

Sure sounds like it. Be sure to check with your state laws though. If you don't have an official driver's license or a learner's permit, or special permit that allows you to drive only to work and get food and such, then you may be subject to fines if pulled over. Next time you see a police car pulled over, walk up and ask them. They will be the ones issuing the tickets, so they will know what is allowed. Good luck! |

You can drive during the test legally, but not before. |

Yes. If you havent been cleared on everything, including the test, then yes it is illegal. Check with your state's DMV. Call them ask them if you are able to drive yet. |

If your license is suspended, you don't have to retake any test. Unless it was for too many point violations, which you do take A test, not a drivers test for your license.
My license was suspended and I was caught driving while suspened. (I don't recommend getting caught)
I paid the fines, got a lawyer, and it was all fixed. My lawyer got the orignal charge that suspended my license removed and had it changed to a lesser offense that wouldn't suspend my license.
I just had to pay to get my license reinstated.
Once It was reinstated, you get a piece of paper that you take to a photo center and you get a new license. |
