i have court tomarrow cause this kid kept harassing me and bullying me for 5 months and i had enough and snapped on him and called him the n word and he knocked me out will this kid hit me again if they give him alot of fines?

i learned my lesson i dont call people that any more i am not racist i have black friends the cop said i had a right to defend my self

time to take some self defense classes. it will be worth it. you will learn to handle yourself better. you won't call people stupid names ('cause you were nervous for sure and putting up a front). if trouble brews, you can calmly deal with the situation.

It depends. On one hand, he may have learned his lesson. Maybe he knows that you'll press charges and he doesn't want to deal with that. On the other hand, he could get really angry at you and attack you. He might come after you.

if you are in the courtroom there will be bailiffs there to prevent anything from happening.

Be prepared for this question: Do you want a restraining order a.k.a. as an order of protection? This person will have to make sure he stays a certain distance from you for at least a year. The judges in some jurisdictions usually ask the crime victim that question, so have an answer. Better yet, say you want it and you won't have to worry about retaliation. Simple enough.
