Iv been arrested and charged with murder in the second degree for something I didnt commit.?

Well, you can always appeal the conviction. Your attorney should have told you that. Besides, where did they get the proof you did do it? It's pretty tough to get a solid conviction without proof. Were there a lot of witnesses against you? What was the original charge? Did you settle for a deal with the prosecutor's office? Murder 2 is a serious offense, but what proof did your attorney have that you didn't have anything to do with it?

See, I can't answer the question because I'm lacking information. If your attorney was also lacking information, that's probably why you got convicted. The prosecutor had more on you.

Why you if you didn't do it? Wrong place, wrong time maybe?
If you have to spend the rest of your days in a Federal Prison, then do something with those days that will keep you active. See if you can get a decent job inside the prison system. Sometimes those jobs can lead to other jobs that give you more privileges. The Fed prison system even has television and computers, libraries and so on. Not like it used to be.

25 years and a recommended life with no parole? To me that says Felony Murder Rule....if during the commision of a felony someone dies it is automotic life without parole. What parts of the story are you leaving out?

somehow i doubt you had nothing to do with the murder if the trial has gone this far.
if you truly are innocent, you probably should have had a better attorney.
if you are guilty, enjoy your last few days of freedom because state prison isn't the country club people think it is.

I hope you have a good lawyer who can at least present the jury with reasonable doubt. If you're still found guilty maybe you can file for a mistrial; do you have any reason to believe that the judge or anyone in the jury has a biased opinion? See what you can find out about them, if there is anything in their past that could end in your release you need to make sure your lawyer and the court knows about it. Good luck, keep asking.
