my wife filed a ro just so another man can move in my home with my wife and 2 daughters. she also filed for divorce. i never been served the papers but did see a court date for the 13th but now the court dates not on there possibly because i havnt been serve? because im homeless on the street

At best, you will be 'served' the first time you try to violate the order. The fact that you claim not to know about it doesn't invalidate the order - it only determines whether you will be immediately arrested or not.
At worst, the Officers will not believe you and they will arrest you, particularly since you seem to be saying that you DO know about the restraining order.
I would also point out that violating the order - whether you are officially 'served' or not - is not going to look good for you when you are in divorce court and/or family court.
Your best bet is to honor the restraining order whether you have been 'served' or not. |

Without it being served, there is no proof that you even know about it. I don't believe it is in effect. Don't talk to anyone about it on the phone in case you are being taped though. |
