every thing is so much bigger i feel free i think a jail sentencing should be some thing like a precription it realy relieved stress i feel so much better bout my self and life

Just don't go back to the "old neighborhood". Time around "old friends" will send you right back there. Move on now and put this behind you. Make friends that will keep you out of trouble. Set goals so you can keep working toward them. It is going to be hard at first but it will get better in time. That's it, allow yourself to forgive and forget. But most of all forgive yourself and don't get depressed over what you could or should of done. |

good for you. Now when things get rough again don't do something that sends you back, after a while it is not so nice.
