Ok.
My friend, who is sixteen, got caught for stealing smokes at the place he works.
he was caught on tape.
he has stole them quite a lot, cause he is underage and can't buy them. yes it's wrong but yea..
anyways i don't know if the police know how many times he have stole them, but he got sent to jail today. he stayed there for a couple hours maybe and then got sent home.
now they are going to call him then he has to go to court and then for his sentence.
he might have to go to juvi?
what is chance of him being sent there?
or what will happen?

Tough call. My guess would be if it's his first offense, and if he didn't sell them, and they didn't find out about the other offenses, he'll probably get community service and tobacco education. |

quite possible, if they find out how often, or depending on the value of the smokes, house arrest at most due to it being a first attempt. Still, whatever happened, social life is kissed good bye, because I am pretty sure his parents won't be happy either. |
