If you watched the documentary of Ken Livingston recently on ITV, they claimed that during his various meetings he drinks whiskey.
They were able to film him drinking at meetings and then analysed the glass to confirm that it contained whiskey.
If it was any other person they would be dismissed, however as its cuddly Ken this will not happen.
Perhaps his drinking explains the stupid, thick, ill conceived, miss representative, money generating, lie of a congestion charge.

The Evening Standard have been publishing photos of him drinking whisky as early as 9am. He said he needs it to be able to speak for two hours as he suffers from a throat condition in the winter. Everyone else points out that he seems to have been suffering from this condition for a few years, and it does not explain why he drinks in the mornings during the summer as well.

When he was asked about this, he said that anyone concerned by this was probably a virgin who lived at home with their mothers.

I think with just the financial unaccountability at the mayors office (I wish I could get a loan from London's tax payers for my Ltd company) is worrying enough...

Since I do not know about his drinking habits all I could say is look what happened to the - X -Lib-dem leader - sorry his name escapes me at the moment.
