The police will understand, but you'll still go to jail. Murder is murder, regardless of the motivation, especially if you have thought it through enough to ask the question on here.... that would be pre-meditated murder.

That's taking the law into your own hands and sometimes you will get a lesser sentence because of it but how do you know the little girl wasn't making things up... You really have go to be sure.

No, if you kill someone, you will got to jail.
If you are worried that someone was hurting the child, you go to the police.
Taking the law into your own hands is never a good idea.

You will go to jail. Can't do the time, don't do the crime...The police will really want to know about what was told...and as the adult...it is up to you to be the adult. Go to the police....that way punishment can be handed out properly and you will be in a position to support the victim, not screwing their life up even more by being out of the picture...go to the police....if you don't, you are as guilty as the molester.

TAKE THE CHILD TO THE POLICE NOW!!! Have the child to make a statement and get the ball rolling. The police will take it from that point. No they will not understand why you kill him that is breaking the law and then where would you be for the child??? Make sure that the police take care of this guy not you! Get some counseling for the child and take care of her she needs you there not rotting in prison

i visited a jail, and someone asked a prisoner if there is anythng in jail that makes the prisoners angry, in terms of the crimes. he said without hesistation that child molesters have a rough time in prison, as it is disgusting even to criminals. Therefore, put him in jail, and let them take care of him

There was a case where a mother killed the man molesting her 6 yr old son- she was charged with murder and found guilty. The jugde, after the verdict was handed down decided her sentence- 7 years prison, suspended. Although she was convicted of murder, she did not go to jail for it. This does depend on the judge though- they may have sympathy, or they may not. But honestly- torture is far better than an easy death- they deserve bad things (which i'm sure i can't mention here)

You will go to jail - I would not kill them, I would however take from them something precious. Maybe the gonads or the eyes, or their tongue.
Assault would land me in jail for a little while, but when I got out, he would still be blind, mute, and/or sterile.

The police understand???? Are you crazy? That's called murder in the first degree because that would mean you thought about it and planned to do it and then went through with it. Depending on what state you live in it would be punishable by death. The police would say something like "you can't go out taking the law in your own hands". A Judge would say "You can't condemn a man to death without a fair trial". Bad Idea. Call the police. Plus if you did do it now you have computer evidence on the internet that would make sure you got first degree.
