The Woodsman admits that he has killed wolves before, and pursuant to a subpoena of Grandma's computer records, we find that there are at least 25 separate emails sent by Grandma to the Wicked Witch. The Court is requested to take judicial notice of the matter of "The Estate of Hansel, et al., vs. The Wicked Witch, Inc.," 324 GrmFairyTales 924 (1013), wherein it was adjudicated that the Witch actually cooked and ate one Hansel and his sister, but not before commiting the cruel, gruesome, and unconscionable malfeasance of force-feeding them to fatten them up. It is therefore respectfully submitted, to return to the case at bar, that Grandma and the Woodsman are the alter egos of Wicked Witch, Inc., that they conspired to bereave Mrs. Wolf of her conjugal rights and sole provider, and used Little Red Riding Hood ("LRRH") as the "bait." I urge this Court to instruct the jury on the facts and law in this matter. In this regard, a verdict in favor of my client, Mrs. Wolfe, is appropriate. Morever, the LRRH gang should be found guilty on all counts. Thank you.

I think that the Wolf knew he was going to die, but was a suicidal Wolf-Extremist, so he tried to kill them, but failed and died anyways without taking anybody with him. Then the Red Riding Hood, Grandma, and Woodsman consumed him, and there was never any evidence of a pre-meditated murder.
