I got a job as a loss prevention agent at Jcpenney. How do you think I should approach the shoplifter? what should I say?...also can you give me handcuffing tips between bigger male suspects and smaller female suspects. Remember I'm a female

I would expect Penney's to give you VERY thorough training for this job.
