It depends on the country where you are .. in some country its legal .. when i say legal , you are allowed to smoke but not to sell . But obviously without someone selling you cannot buy , if at all you grow yourself . Growing is not allowed .This is a catch and when u ask this question its understood that you have got one to smoke . In my country i have smoked this up many times and in fact was caught by police .. but no worries . |
