NC- My 19 yr old daughter was walking with a 15 yr old who had marijaua and a cop stopped them when the cop searched them.he found the MJ on the 15 yr old, but in questioning her, she told him it was my daughters. They charged my daughter and she insists she had no idea the 15 yr old had it. they did not charge the 15 yr old with anything. The cop told the court that the 15 yr old told her it was my daughters and that is why he charged her. My question, is can they charge her if it's not found on her and she has not been smoking it? Her attorney was a joke and now she is carrying this drug charge and was really in the wrong place with the wrong person.
