Not in Texas you don't. However, if it is anything other than a small sized unit which is available for self defense, it is an illegal chemical dispensing device. An illegal chemical dispensing device would be a third degree felony, in accordance with chapter 46 of the penal code. |

Not in MO you don't. Someone might stick you with a concealed weapon but that'd be a stretch. I'd encourage you to carry it personally. Just don't get it taken from you and used against you. |

No, but you may have to show casue, like a security job, to actually purchase the good stuff at a local store. Otherwise, turn to the internet.
I recomend Terminator. Stops anyone in their tracks and it's aimable up to 15 feet or so. |
