Having a breakdown does not stop the proceedings. The court will just wait until he gets better, and if he doesn't, then he will be sectioned under the Mental Health Act provisions. The court does not like to be f***ed around with by Z-List celebrities, especially when a young man has lost his life |

holy crap is this still going on with that idiot..........sorry am Brit in the USA and pretty much anything in the UK does not get a mention over here ever...........
Hopefully the police etc have their ducks in a row and that Barrymoore will FINALLY get what he deserves and the family of the young man will get some sort of closure.

If he goes to Court it is Police policy to have a 98% chance of success work it out for yourself.It would be fooloish to comment further on this case. |

Definately, and all the luvvies will come to his defence, all the so z list celebrities and smarmy television and radio presenters. There is very little chance of Barrymore getting sent to jail as he has money and influence and if you have that then you can get away with anything. |
