If a cop writes a wrong make of the car(Cadillac instead of Chrysler) in your speeding citation and crosses it out and writes a right one, can it be used to help you win your case in court?

A ticket is simply a charging instrument, and the information can be amended at any time. In this case, he actually caught the error. Even if he did not, the error is considered minor and has no legal affect on the charge.
