im homeless no job had to drop out of school because im homeless and on probation my school is not in the town i been bumming around i live in CT probation for burglery 2 first offense want to move IL were i have a job school and a house and means of support lined up can i move and how hard is it and how long will it take i need to move soon i have no were to go here and im living on the streets It Is a felony and i know you need permission from your p.o. but what is the siuation can he really deny me since im homeless living on the street and if i have all that stuff lined up im 19 years old BTW any other question email me at rottenapple922@yahoo.com

no he cant denied u and if he dose then u just ask 4 a hearing and they will move ur probation to the other state and if u plan on moving then u need to start making moves now! by going to ur probation office and letting ur PO know whats going on so u can get a place to stay and move from where ur at |

Yeah if it is felony probation talk to your P.O. and hope you don't get a clown for a PO where you are moving too.
If it is misdemeanor just move and never go back to where your probation was in the first place. |

Your PO ownes you for as long as your probation is intact. You cant move unles the PO says so and the other state has to accept you and then u belong to them. Its not that easy. You are in violation right now by being unemployeed and homeless. Maybe go back to jail and finish your education there and get a skill that u can use on the outside. At least u have 3 squares and a roof. |

Ok. I want to move out of state to Nevada and im currently living in New Jersey with my grandparents. They want me out of their house. I already have a house set up in Nevada and I can get a job working with someone I know there. Im currently on Juvenile Probation for Aggravated Assault. Can my probation officer deny me moving? I have no where else to go once im kicked out. I have exactly 3 weeks to pack my stuff and get out. |
