Multiple mistakes on citation?

I received citation(s). Upon making initial appearance I was issued a new ticket and told the original was lost. So I compared to 2 out of curiosity. All the citations have the wrong location of said citations, about a 7 block(streets) difference. Also the color of vehicle is incorrect. My vehicle is marune and the citations says it is orange.
Also the reason for being stopped I was accused of rolling through a stop sign which didn't occur.
Maybe the question is who was impaired? Is there any ground for dismissal?

Well, I should give you a ticket for your spelling but I'll let you off with just a warning this time. As far as your ticket goes, you should speak to a traffic lawyer. I don't see why it couldn't get dismissed. Sounds to me like you got lucky. Good luck! |

The idiots telling you it could be dismissed are of course passing off bad guesses as an answer.
It cannot be dismissed. Typos and spelling errors mean nothing. You still did the crime. Start taking care of your mistakes and quit trying to find ridiculous non-existent loopholes to get out of them.
PS - our latest "fake" cop John is incorrect - if they lost the ticket, they don't dismiss it, they issue a replacement ticket. Upon looking at his other "answers," it appears this guy is giving some pretty stupid answers. |

That doesn't sound right. If the original ticket was lost they should not have issued you a replacement ticket. Your case should have been dismissed. Also, if the second ticket has a different location than the first the case will be dismissed. The color of the vehicle doesn't matter. Trust me, explain everything to the judge and he/she will throw this case out. |
