My boyfriend has a criminal background of a rape charge, on a 14 year old girl, which he served his time for. He did 5 years in jail and he is on Megan's Law. I have a four year old daughter, what rights do I have to my daughter so she would not be taken away from me. Me and her father have coustody of her, can he take her from me?

-Your daughters father could legally take her away from you and sue you for endangerment
-Rapist rape again
