My boyfriend has court in the morning and they have offered him 15 months, no probation no nothing except?

prison time. He has a meth charge but it was a only little bit of resadue, burgarly, grand theif, and dealing in stolen property. With all of his credit he would only have to do 3 and a half months, do you think tomorrow at court they will offer probation with a suspended sentence since he would only have to be doing the 3 months? Would they still send him to prison or would he be kept in the jail?

He probably will have to serve the time. Howevere, if he can get a deal with no probation take it. Being on probation is designed to have the person fail and go to jail. No probation even with jail tme is a good deal-take it. |

Personally with the stolen property charge, I think he should be shot. It just depends on where he is. I hope it is somewhere where they lock him up for 3 or more years.
The bottom line is, it just depends on where he is being charged. You need specifics. |

I would say your boyfriend is being offered a gift from the prosecutor. He is charged with 4 felonies and should be doing about 10 years. You should be hoping that he takes the 3 1/2 months and is able to kick the meth habit while inside. Hopefully, he can get straight when he gets out. |

darling, if i were in your position, i wouldnt be concerned about when he was getting out, i would be concerned with moving on with my life. meth is meth, run the other way. those are some pretty heavy charges.
he sounds like a loser, and i know hes your loser, but come on.
