My boyfriend is drunk he just through me against the wall and sat on me..... Please Read?

We've been together 5 years. I asked him why did he eat my daughter's sandwiches, and he immedaily got in my face and pushed me on the bed. I was trying to free myself and I started scratching and biting him. He then started pulling my hair. He finally freed me and I started packing my stuff I then closed the door to his room. He kicked it open grabbed me then pushed me in the wall where I couldn't breathe. I'm ok as of right now. My back is starting to hurt a litte. Is it to late to call the police. I know he's going to make himself look like the innocent one. Should I call the police, I don't want to go to jail?

this cannot be tolerated. should the police be involved that would depened.in my opion no unless this is common.abuse is not something you should subject yourself to and if you do your not thinking like a person with a positive self immage.drinking and the abuse that is directed to those close to the drinker are signs that they need help with their emotions. if this is not addreesed the cause of his pain will only get worse. it sounds like you bet on a longeshot

Yes, call the police. At least get it on an official record. You won't get into trouble if it really happened, and it sounds like you have evidence.

#2 - Call the police. Just make a report. I would not worry about persueing it much more than that as long as he doesn't stalk you & he lets you go.

Decide letter if you want to actually press charges. But at least make a report.

Absolutely call the police. Just as important , get the heck away from this guy and get an "order of protection". Your life may be on the line. Do not fall for that "I'm really sorry and it will never happen again " line. Trust me, it will happen again if you don't end it now .You deserve better and WILL find it. Have a wonderful life.

leave if you can safely, or hide your daughter and yourself and call the police.. end of story! its not too late, and its the best thing for your daughter to not be around someone like that. you will not get into trouble.
