okay about a month ago my sister let my boyfriend in our house. and the next morning i left for school he was still there cause he was going to go to college with my sister so they could hang out but as he came down the stairs my dad walks in and she says she never let him in that she told him to leave which was a lie.so she wrote a police statement saying that his pants were down and she never let him in. now he is facing 30 days. but he has no proof to show that she let him in what will happen he has court in 3 days!!!!

I have no idea what he will get other than the idea that your family are a bunch of losers.
What you need to do is talk to your Dad and tell him the truth. Clearly your sister has learned to lie rather than to be honorable and have integrity, but you need to show both your boyfriend and your Dad that you're willing to tell the truth; even when it hurts.
If your boyfriend was welcomed into the home and did nothing wrong he does not deserve to be charged with anything and if you're a party to letting that happen you should be ashamed.
Do the right thing now before its too late, even if it means telling your Dad about your sister's lies to cover her butt. |

YOu are a eyewitness since you know why your boyfriend was there and if there is anyone else there that know you can use them as eyewitness as well. If your boyfriend can proof it, then you sister may be in. He made a false police report which is a crime. 30 days is just a misdemeanor, he will be fine. |

if you know for sure that your sister is lying, you should speak up for the guy otherwise, he'll learn his lesson and spend the night in his own place next time. |
