My boyfriend is going to juvy, please help me :'(?

Basically my boyfriend got caught holding drugs, he doesn't take drugs. He just smokes and drinks, he then skipped bail.
Im not going to leave him, I love him.
His 15, his in temporary juvenile for a week until his court case. My mum said he might just get community service.
His best friend text me saying he might be in from anything from a week to a year.
Could it really be as long as a year?!
He went to juvenile before last year for 3 months.
He cant go for as long as year, I will miss him so so much.
So what will happen to him, how long do will he be away ? His friend said there might be a chance his let off.... ?

It depends what he was holding, and how much of it, and where he is tried.

In a Magistrate Court, the max penalty for possession of Class C drugs is 3 months. For Class B 3 months, and for Class A, 6 months.

For supply, the max penalties are 3, 5 and 6 months.

In a Crown Court, Possession of Class C can lead to a 2 year sentence at max, Class b is a 5 year, and class A is a 7 year sentence.

For supply, the max is 14 years, 14 years and life in prison.

Holding can be classes as possession with intent to supply if he had a large amount. If so, the penalties are for supply.

HES GOING IN !!!!!!!! he might get up to 5 years in juvy community service his parents might have to go to parenting class costing up to 1000.00 with a prior the judge could go really hard on him if he was holding that most likely means he was dealing they just couldn't prove it again the judge will look at that he he wont be your boyfriend long he will most likely become someones girl friend if i were you i would start looking for a new boyfriend it seems he didn't learn his lesson the 1st time and i doubt he will learn it this the life he has chosen really doesn't seem like it involves you or any other female

A lot of Dealers are not users.
Since he is 15, no priors, he may get off easy, but; then if they want to make an example of him.

Ok well I'm 14 and I had a boyfriend that was 24 he was a very king lad and he would do enything to make me happy. I need to no if my ex boyfriend will get in to trubble I'm very scard in what is going to happen to him amd would like a bit of suport as my ex boyfriend dose not desuve this
