You must live in a really nice part of town. In Baltimore, we can't even get the police to take fingerprints when cars are broken into and GPS systems are stolen.

None, its not a garuantee they would be able to get any prints, they would have to spend money on the test, its not worth it. Its not going to happen

100%, the police take littering very seriously. You should go down to the police station and confess before they find you, they'll go easy on you if you turn yourself in.
