does that mean his drivers liscense is Suspended all ready? they give his liscense back to him he goes to court this month!

Depends on the state. If they handed his license back to him that may mean it is still valid...for now.
Generally speaking, I would guess that if he did something that instantly revoked his driving privilege he would have been informed at the time of arrest.
His best bet is to contact your state's department of motor vehicles and ask if his license is still valid. |

Your question is a bit unclear.
It sounds like your husband needs to get serious about his situation. Let me repeat,
HIS situation.
You should let him figure this one out.
The sooner her learns it's his mess and he has to deal with it the sooner he will grow up and take care of his business. |

Just because they physically gave his license back to him does not mean it is not suspended. They don't confiscate it when the suspend the license (because he still needs it for ID). Your best bet is to go to the DMV and ask if it is suspended or not.
It is likely they did suspend it if he had a failure to appear bench warrant that they served him. |

This is a BENCH WARRANT he should of notified the court right when he missed it, there are ways to do that. RE-SENTENCE, EXTENSIONS
