this happens a lot!!! i have to walk over there and tell them to move everytime i wanna go out or in!! its frusterating!!

just call a towing company and have the car towed. If it is in your driveway then it is your private property. Getting your car back from a towing company is not cheap! |

You have little recourse in this manner. Calling the PD will have limited effect.
If they are blocking the drive, throw bird feed on the hood. I guarantee that after a couple dozen pigeons crap all over the car. They'll move it somewhere else. |

Yes and tell them a car is blocking your driveway.

I called the cops once when someone parked on my driveway. It is private property and they have no right to park on it - the Police asked for the registration number and offered to get it towed away. (In the end it turned out my Dad told his friend he could park on it, but didn't warn me.)
If the Police don't do anything about it, block your neighbors car in with yours. When they get upset, tell them that next time they park on your driveway, you won't be accountable for any damage done to their car. |

Just tell them to stop doing it or you will call the cops, and then if they still don't listen go ahead and call them. At least you gve them fair warning. I know how irritating that can be.
