My nighbour dropped kerbs...?

my neighbour has 2 dropped kerbs with normal kerb between.if i park inbetween i overhang the kerb by about a foot.does this constitute an offence?

It is an offence to block an access. If there are dropped kerbs then they are access points.
If you neighbour has dropped the kerbs themselves without proper permission from the council then they have committed an offence.

I wouldn't think so unless you have a terrible neighbour. As long is there is enough room for your neighbour to get acess, then it shouldn't be a problem. |

It's not very neighbourly to block someones access and can lead to a lot of bad feeling. If the dropped kerbs have been done legally with Council permission and you obstruct his access you can have your car towed away. |

If you call your council they should tell you if he got permission for that. |

as long as you dont block there entry in and out of there driveway.. Also did they get permission from the city to do so if not then remove the curbs yourself |
