My parents want to drugtest me, i need help/advice ASAP! can i refuse it?

my parents are speculative for some reason and think i drink/do drugs/smoke. They're super conservative people who grew up in europe where drugs werent comonplace like they are today and only like rapists and criminals did drugs. They've been super suspicious of me latley and want to test me for like everything. The the truth is, I do occationally smoke weed and I drink on the weekends with my friends. If my parents find out they won't just ground me they'll like send me to rehab or something (yeah they overdue everything). i told my mom i wouldnt take it and she said she would take me to the police station and they would force me to take it..can they do this? what should i do, PLEASE help.!

So...your parents are suspicious that you do drugs and drink....and yet you actually do drugs and drink. Then you want to cover it up and not let them know about it. Seems to me, your parents have every right to be suspicious. You are doing what they suspect. They are not over doing it....they are being good parents.

first of all, negotiate for a home test or just admit it to her

it makes NO sense for her to get you a police record

depends what age you are. if you are under 18, I'm pretty sure they can make you get a drugtest if you are visiting the doctors or something. just makes sure you dont do any of that stuff in the next few weeks.

Your parents wouldn't want to drug test you without being suspicious in the first place.

Since you have already admitted that you do smoke weed and drink they obviously are JUSTIFIED in their suspicion of you. Their house = their rules and they are backed up by the LAWS which say that what you are doing is ILLEGAL.

At 16 I don't think you have the right to refuse it. You should submit to it and own up to your actions. Sorry that isnt the answer you probably want to hear but, if you didn't smoke dope and drink you wouldn't have anything to worry about.

Niacin. Over the counter at any grovery store or pharmacy. (In the vitamin section. Only like $3.99. Take about 8-10 of them and it will swet the weed out of your system over night. You will itch, and swet all night long, but It's your decision whether it's worth it. I've never failed one like that!!
