VC 40802 states:
40802. (a) A "speed trap" is either of the following:
(1) A particular section of a highway measured as to distance and with boundaries marked, designated, or otherwise determined in order that the speed of a vehicle may be calculated by securing the time it takes the vehicle to travel the known distance.
Whereas VC 40803 states:
40803. (a) No evidence as to the speed of a vehicle upon a highway shall be admitted in any court upon the trial of any person in any prosecution under this code upon a charge involving the speed of a vehicle when the evidence is based upon or obtained from or by the maintenance or use of a speedtrap.
This was a speed trap by definition, and the evidence gathered was illegal. Why do I have to pay a ticket incriminating me by use of illegal evidence?

Can they prove YOU were driving??? Otherwise you loaned your car to someone who is now DEAD LOFL if they want to play games you can to I once beat a ticket for running a stoplight where there was a camera that took a pic of my jeep running the light I told them i was not driving when they asked who was i told them i didnt know its up to them to prove the crime I beat it |
