Battery on a Police Officer is a serious felony. If he is verified Hells Angel than that compounds the felony an additional degree.
He is looking at 10 years depending on the state and his past. By you admitting he did it online while be used as evidence in court as well.
Maybe you should have hugged him more when he was young.....

At the very least he will spend some time in the local jail for assault . At worse, depending on the injuries to the officer, a few years in prison. There is no way to avoid jail time on this one. |
