and she has the same judge and hes not very nice I heard, whats the worse that could happen to her??

lol ive only gotten one ticket and it cost me almost $200 so i learned real quick!
$50 for the driving class and $120 for the ticket.
she'll have to take a driving class more than likely, 8 hrs on a Saturday. and pay the ticket, her insurance will go up and she'll get points.
shes not going to jail unless she was evading police or under the influence.
they may take her license away if she has a certain # of points already, 12 in my state. |

Most states start with the felony Dui's at number three.
Edit: Oops, you said speeding, not DUI.
Her fine will doubtlessly increase, as will her insurance. I doubt that she will lose her license at this point. |

I believe you're mistaken.
It's not that the judge is "not very nice"
It's that he is not lenient. Which is perfectly "nice" to the rest of the motorists in your area who know how to drive, and do so legally.
The "worse" that could happen to her is unmentionable torture at the hands of a terrorist upon entering the court room.
Reasonable expectations could include her losing her license, or...unfortunately (and most likely), just paying another fine. |

Your best bet is to contact the courts and ask them these questions. They are the ones who will process your ticket and will know all the laws and regulation. You should also ask the courts if you are allowed to take a driving school class. This will prevent your insurance from going up and points from being placed on your license. Just make sure you get the courts permission before doing so. If you don’t the courts will reject your driving school certificate. Good luck! |

The worst that could happen is that she would be fined, and that her auto insurance premium will have a severe spike.
She will not "have" to go to traffic school. That is a privilege that keeps the ticket off your record, and as such is not reported to the insurance company. (And if she's gone in the past 18 months, it would not work that way.) |
