Need Advice

About a month ago my husband moved in a friend who smokes weed & keeps it in my kids room..He walked thru the apartment reaking of it & I had to go lay down because it started contractions. My son & I went to stay with a family member as soon as I realized what was going on. Ive now been put on complete bedrest until the baby is born, because Iam already 2cm dialated. My husband says he is dealing with it, but the guy is still there. He is suppose to be out in a week, yet I've been told he might stay another month. Iam pregnant & the baby will be here anytime in the next 6weeks. The guy isn't on our lease, but he has been giving my husband money to stay there. I don't want to take my kids into a place that is dangerous to them & illegal for us to be there..What can I do to get my apartment back?

you need to tell your husband to make a real important decision. its either you or his friend. number one. is that the kind of behavior that you and your child can expect in the future. i cant believe he would even consider letting you move out while his friend stays in your apt. my wife is my best friend and her and my family come first and foremost over anybody and anything, period. i think that you should perhaps reevaluate your marriage. tell him and his buddy to get out now. you will need a man and a father that will be there for you. im really quite upset about this. not even to mention that if you and or him get busted with illegal drugs in your home, you stand a real good chance of losing your child before you ever have the chance to raise it. wake up girl.
