fiance got busted with 2 charges 1.possess deliver to sell crack cocaine 2. maintain a motor vechile with intent to sell and deliver. he already has a drug charge (felony) that happened in 86

jackie was in a car when it was stopped. the person who had the dope would not say it was his so they charged everyone in car. their was 40 dosages of crack cocaine and some pot found. he didn't have anything on him except his cigs and lighter. NO DOPE ON HIM AT ALL.

If I was dating or living with someone who has committed all those crimes, I'll be hanged if I would call them my fiance'. Actually, I would deny ever knowing them unless, perhaps, if I was also helping him sell drugs.
Since he was previously arrested in '86 on felony drug charges, he seems to have a problem remembering the laws. The good news is that in North Carolina, they don't like drug dealers and have no mercy when they're sentenced. He may be lucky enough to get a big brute for a roomie that has a special love for men. Be sure and send him lots of soap because I have a feeling he will be dropping it pretty often. |
