I took a couple of law courses in college...and I remember a case extremely similar to this. Quite frankly, if my memory serves me correctly, you don't have a right...it's call public lewdness. It's also disturbing the peace.
Chances are you only own the trailer...not the land around it.

Depending upon local codes, it is very likely illegal for you to bathe naked outside, especially if you are in view of others. If you partition the tub so no one can see it, or see you disrobing to get into it, that should be fine.
I answered this honestly, though I think you are full of some of the stuff you claim to be picking out of your toes, as a TIN tub would be difficult to get, and harder to maintain, in addition to being expensive. Perhaps you meant something else..... |
