Neighbour problems...?

The current criminal justice/sociological buzz about flashers and peeping toms is, if they are not caught and reprimanded early in their careers, they have a tendency to "graduate" to bigger crimes, like rape. So, as there is nothing you can do, just keep an eye on him and understand that whatever force drove him to become a flasher may compell him to do other (maybe worse) things.

At least if it's true you know about this dude, it's all your other neighbours you should worry about you have no idea what they might do....

The flashers themselves are normally the least you need to worry about. They're open about their weird behaviour and despite it being in public view don't normally have fantasies beyond showing people their equipment. Be a bit wary, and certainly watch him around children, but don't send out the lynch mob!

If this man is disturbed enough to do that kind of thing, be concerned, if you have children then be worried, keep your eye on the purve, and keep your children safe. good luck.

I don't think I would be too worried - it was a while ago, and he isn't likely to hurt you! Probably not let children alone with him, otherwise just be civil and keep yourself to yourself, and not give him grief...that's what I would do

oh, yes i`d be worried, but truthfully it`s the ones who are the nicest that are the ones to worry about .

If it were me, I would have a cookout or something, and invite my other neighbors, and this guy, and address your concerns, sans the kids of course, in an open, and frank discussion. Let him know what your concerns are, and ask him your questions. He should not have a problem answering them, if he has nothing to hide. Of course, you will want to remain polite, and respectful, but firm. Let him know that no such behavior will be tolerated in a family environment such as the neighborhood. Like I said, if he has nothing to hide, then there should be no problem. He will probably even be relieved, and happy that he does not have to live in fear of being "outted" but if their is a problem, then you will know, because he will not be cooperative in answering any questions you have, and you will know what to look out for. Does this help you at all? ABOVE ALL--- DO NOT DO THIS ALONE WITH THIS PERSON!!!! You don't know what he is like, so make sure that there are others aroud!!!!!!!!!!

I should bear it in mind but don't worry about it.

If he hasn't reoffended, chances are he has learned his lesson.
