Jail? No.
If a juvenile his parents or guardian will be called and possible family services, just like if he goes in for a broken arm. No jail, no police.
Someone ODing on X needs immediate medical attention. |

depends on age and some other factors such as location. But most likely if he is a minor there is very minimal chance of that. AS well if the person just took the drug, no but there will be repercussions. However if he distributed and there is proof of it then it is very likely.
