My cousin had his license suspended in Ohio , then went to Michigan and got a drivers license their how i thought its suspened everywhere ?

I dont give a dang if its illegal , thats a whole nother issue but is this possiable ?

Listen it is possible for him to have a license in 2 states unless it is a cdl. A cdl is a federal license so if it is suspended in one state it is suspended in all. That michigan license over ride that ohio one because it is valid. that michigan license will not be affected unless he get a ticket on it. And just for the record michigan and ohio hate each other anyway that is how u where able to do that how you did that. |

It is possible is he does it before the suspension was put in the system. Unfortunately for him, they will figure it eventually. Even if they don't catch it right away, it will not be too difficult for the officer to figure out using the computer in his squad once the database is updated. |

He is non insurable. even if he has insurance, He gets in a wreck and he is in big trouble. They will check after the wreck. |

Michigan is one of only 5 States that aren't in the Drivers License Compact, that's the only reason he's getting away with it for now. However if he gets pulled over in any of the States that are in it, there's a good chance he'll be in a lot of trouble if they put 2 and 2 together and figure out what he's done.
